MTV of I Do TCom152.2 Project

In Broadcasting and Acoustics Laboratory, we were tasked to create an mtv such that we could learn to shoot scenes and use specific effects. Here, I used Adobe Premiere's native effects and Boris FX for snow effect. Our group members include: Jan Michael de Villeres, Zent Lim, Gerald Valentino, Emmanuel Ching, Adrin Del Rosario. Our teacher then was Marie Engelene Obien. This project is an mtv and spoof of 98 Degrees mtv of I Do (Cherish You).

A consular team from the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh is scheduled to visit the Eastern Province on 02-03 November 2006.

Filipino residents and workers in the province are advised to proceed to the Al-Bustan Hotel, Al-Khobar on 02-03 November

2006 and in Romansiah Hall, Ras Tanura on 03 November 2006 for any consular services they may require. The following services

are available:

1. Passport renewal
2. Authentication of documents
3. Notarials
4. Report of Birth
5. Report of Marriage
6. Requirements for RA 9048 (correction of clerical error in the birth certificate)
7. Requirements for RA 9225 (re-acquisition/retention of Philippine citizenship)

The team will receive and process/service applications according to the following schedule:

Can you make a musical famly? Yes, I believe so...

It all started when I was about 14 to 15 years old. I was in a musical band but I am not playing any instruments. As I have knowledge of electronics at that time, I came in handy with the group. I am the handy man of the amplifier systems. Checking connections for loose and changing busted amplifier tubes. In the old days the high sounding amplifiers are using tubes like the EL84 or 6L6. How I envy my friend, Ruben Nery, playing the guitar and Ramon Manahan sometimes playing guitar or trumphet. I can't recall the name of the band manager as it was a very long time.

This experience carved in my mind that sometime in the future I will established a musical family band.

Today, I have 5 boys who are in music or plays musical instruments. The oldest is Zaldy who plays the guitar. Janmike, Marc-Philippe, Jean-Claude and Jean-Pierre plays the piano and organ.

To date I have not established yet my dream of a musical band. But who knows? Right now the boys are busy with their studies and music is their hobby.

I will tell you next time how I started with this musical journey.
